Painted in many layers over four months this is a painting with a deceptive degree of depth. It has an initial wow factor with dark figures contrasting against a white background and dynamic knife strokes pulling the eye from figure to figure, but there are many details that make it a piece you will see differently each time you view it. Depending on how the light falls on it, or the angle you view it from, new textures and forms become apparent. It is a highly original oil painting which will add drama, contrast and a sense of movement to the space it is displayed in.

Frequently Asked Questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
I pack paintings for shipping with several layers of plastic, paper, bubble wrap and cardboard for their safety. Wherever possible I try to recycle the packing materials used to ship my supplies and canvases to me, but I do generally use packing tape, and seal the painting in a single use plastic shipping bag. If you'd prefer that I ship your painting with no single use plastics, or even no plastic at all, send me a message after your order and I'll do what I can to accommodate!
Custom and personalised orders
