You can never have too many notebooks! Printed front and back with a high quality reproduction of my original oil illustration inspired by the skating of Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva. The original oil painting depicts a figure skating quad jump in four figures. Dynamic and bold, the contrast of light and dark highlights the figures as they move across the image to create a visually striking artwork. Contemporary in both composition and subject matter, this is an excellent piece to showcase an appreciation of the incredible feats of women in figure skating while maintaining a sleek, minimal aesthetic. A limited colour palette of rich deep chestnut brown and black with azure flourishes at the edges of the figure and a light background ensure that this piece fits seamlessly within modern interiors. An excellent thank you gift for a skating coach with style.
At 5x7" it fits into any bag, and even large coat pockets, making it super portable. Be it a birthday gift, Christmas stocking stuffer or just a little something to say you care, these hand printed notebooks make a more unique and special gift than anything you can find at a Barnes and Nobles! Available blank or with ruled or cross dot graph paper it's suitable for all journaling, sketching or planning needs - Why not add it to your collection, or gift it to the notebook lover in your life!

I pack paintings for shipping with several layers of plastic, paper, bubble wrap and cardboard for their safety. Wherever possible I try to recycle the packing materials used to ship my supplies and canvases to me, but I do generally use packing tape, and seal the painting in a single use plastic shipping bag. If you'd prefer that I ship your painting with no single use plastics, or even no plastic at all, send me a message after your order and I'll do what I can to accommodate!
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you're interested in a custom painting - I'll work with you to create something that lines up with your vision including providing you with digital mock up's before I start painting so you can rest assured that I understand what you're looking for. Bear in mind custom oil paintings can take several months to complete depending on size.
