Giclée printed reproduction of an original oil painting
Figure skating quad jump in motion
Midnight blue and black dress with deep chestnut tights contrasts with porcelain skin tones and a bright ice white background
200gsm archival quality art paper with a matte finish
This giclée reproduction of an original oil painting depicts a figure skating quad jump in four figures. Dynamic and bold, the contrast of light and dark highlights the figures as they move across the image to create a visually striking artwork. Contemporary in both composition and subject matter, this is an excellent piece to showcase an appreciation of the incredible feats of women in figure skating while maintaining a sleek, minimal aesthetic. A limited colour palette of rich deep chestnut brown and black with azure flourishes at the edges of the figure and a light background ensure that this piece fits seamlessly within modern interiors.
Inspired by the skating of Russian Olympic figure skater Kamila Valieva

I pack paintings for shipping with several layers of plastic, paper, bubble wrap and cardboard for their safety. Wherever possible I try to recycle the packing materials used to ship my supplies and canvases to me, but I do generally use packing tape, and seal the painting in a single use plastic shipping bag. If you'd prefer that I ship your painting with no single use plastics, or even no plastic at all, send me a message after your order and I'll do what I can to accommodate!
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you're interested in a custom painting - I'll work with you to create something that lines up with your vision including providing you with digital mock up's before I start painting so you can rest assured that I understand what you're looking for. Bear in mind custom oil paintings can take several months to complete depending on size.
