This study features a jumping pass from Kaori Sakamoto's 2026 Olympic short program. The jump is painted on a dark background to place full focus on the skater as she spins through the air. Previous moments of the jump can be seen fading into the background behind her - the phases of her career behind her as she shines vibrantly at the peak of her jump. The blue of her skirt glows around her and she looks forward.
Colours may vary slightly between monitors.

*This is an UNFRAMED print. All pictured frames are display suggestions only.*

Frequently Asked Questions

Gift wrapping and packaging

I pack paintings for shipping with several layers of plastic, paper, bubble wrap and cardboard for their safety. Wherever possible I try to recycle the packing materials used to ship my supplies and canvases to me, but I do generally use packing tape, and seal the painting in a single use plastic shipping bag. If you'd prefer that I ship your painting with no single use plastics, or even no plastic at all, send me a message after your order and I'll do what I can to accommodate!

Custom and personalised orders

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you're interested in a custom painting - I'll work with you to create something that lines up with your vision including providing you with digital mock up's before I start painting so you can rest assured that I understand what you're looking for. Bear in mind custom oil paintings can take several months to complete depending on size.
